My approach blends deep user understanding with principles of user-centered design to create products that are not only visually compelling but also highly functional.

I worked from solo contributor to leading design processes alongside the product team and learning a ton along the way. I was also fortunate to support the design community by setting up and hosting many design related events in Chicago.

As a Design Advocate for Balsmiq, I helped raise awareness of proper product development techniques through writing, speaking and facilitating workshops.
